The Villas Salinas are in a quiet area in Matagorda, 300 metres from the beach. Each villa has a large outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace.
The Villas Salinas de Matagorda are in the Puerto del Carmen resort of Lanzarote. There are many restaurants and shops within 600 metres. Location was perfect, pool was great that was cleaned once whilst we was there in a weeks holiday, we was a 5min walk from the beach, 5min walk from bars and restaurants

Featuring a furnished terrace with a private pool, the air-conditioned villas come with a TV, a lounge with a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. They offer 2 bathrooms with shower and bath tub. A washing machine is also available. The villa was very spacious and clean with great privacy.

With free private parking, the property is 1.1 km from Puerto del Carmen Beach and 1.9 km from Playa de Matagorda. Wonderful location, sea is just across the road and a very nice swimming pool space at the rear. Shops and restaurants are a very short walk. The beds were comfortable, nice sitting area and good kitchen facilities. The house has a nice character and feels well looked after. Good internet service.

The property has mountain views and is 600 metres from Playa Chica and 2.4 km from Playa de los Pocillos.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with sea views. The property was very quiet. The location was fine. We could use Billy's pool that was within walking distance. Ilona the caretaker is an excellent person. Always available to answer any queries.

Featuring a balcony with garden views, an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace, COCO can be found in Puerto del Carmen, close to Puerto del Carmen Beach and less than 1 km from Playa Chica. This villa features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Location was perfect, two streets back from main restaurants and shops,no taxis needed. The airport only 4/5 km,15 euros in the taxi. Very clean,a luxury villa with your own swimming pool and jacuzzi. All bedrooms had furnished balconies.A newly tastefully refurbished villa.

The villa is fitted with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with pool views. We loved our stay at Villa Fenix. Two families with 4 teenagers who had a fantastic time. Everything was as described. Michael the owner was a gentleman and nothing was to much trouble. Villa was located in a quiet road but in a great central location. We will hopefully return one day soon.

The villa offers a barbecue. If you would like to discover the area, windsurfing is possible in the surroundings and Playa Chica can arrange a car rental service. Very comfortable house all on one level and perfekt room structure.
Villa Arcelia

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, city view and a balcony, Villa Arcelia is set in Puerto del Carmen. Boasting mountain views and a swimming pool, this villa also has free WiFi. Villa Arcelia is in an excellent location, lots of space for friends or a family. Short walking distance to both the old town and the main strip. Spar 3minutes walk away in local shopping centre. Macarena made the whole stay and experience very peaceful.
Villa Alki

Offering a terrace and garden view, Villa Alki is set in Puerto del Carmen, 800 metres from Puerto del Carmen Beach and 1.1 km from Playa Chica. This property offers a private pool, free WiFi and free private parking. We had a fantastic holiday the villa was great. Lidl supermarket only a short walk and not too far to the restaurants and beach. But even if you didn't want to walk getting Taxis was really straight forward and it was only 3 or 4 euros to get to places in Puerto del carmen

This Villa is all about the location. There are few beachfront villas available in Puerto Del Carmen and even fewer with a private pool. The villa is tucked away and provides a private, peaceful location yet still remains close to all the amenities. Would recommend a visit to Trattoria Antica and Lani's restaurant especially if any of your party requires Gluten Free menu options. Antonio the host is very friendly and always available to help. Hope to return again next year.

The villas have everything that you need and the option to have the pool heated is great in February. We've stayed before and expect to again.

Great location, so close to both beaches, shops and restaurants. Luxurious villa equipped with everything you could ever need. The private, heated pool was a real bonus. Great communication with the host, every little detail was organised. We enjoyed a super relaxing stay in Lanzarote and would anytime stay in Villa Lanzasueño again. This place exceeded all our expectations!

Alondras villas and complex are wonderful, this was our second stay in a few years, the properties (we stayed in one of the Grand Villas) are wonderful, certain parts of the interior are showing signs of needing an upgrade, such as wall sockets etc, other than that these properties and the staff are wonderful.

More like a townhouse than apartment very spacious, beautiful, modern decor and comfortable beds! So central to beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. Having stayed in villas, all-inclusive resorts etc this was by far the best place we've ever stayed. Netflix on the tv an added bonus for kids to wind down after long day on the beach. Carmen the host extremely helpful.

Good value for money. Need a car though you can walk to the beach and the waterfront in 10 to 15 minutes. However one would need a car to travel around. Internet is amazing. The site itself is huge and staff arre very helpful. Pool was a little cold. I didnt go all inclusive so cant say if the food was good but it certainly looked nice Little villas all to yourself with small sit outs is a good idea of a holiday
